Shipping Policy


We ship orders using FedEx Ground. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days after we receive them.

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order is processed:

  • Standard shipping (FedEx Ground): 5 to 14 business days (estimated)

  • Expedited shipping: 2 to 5 business days (estimated)

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual transit time depends on the carrier and destination.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • After an order is placed, we are not able to change the shipping address or product information.

  • All orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled.

4. Tracking

  • Tracking information is provided through the carrier once available. Please use the carrier tracking for the most accurate status.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Once the carrier marks a shipment as delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • If the tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check around your delivery location first (front desk, mailbox area, neighbors, or building staff). You should also contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

  • We are not able to replace or refund orders reported missing after confirmed delivery.
