Return and Refund Policy


For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for unused items with no signs of use.

1. Return Window and Return Label Fee

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • To be eligible, the return package must be handed to the carrier and receive its first acceptance scan within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Eligibility is determined by the carrier acceptance scan timestamp.

  • If your return is approved and you choose to use our prepaid return label, a 10 dollar return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. Item Condition Requirements

  • Returned items must be unused, clean, and in resalable condition.

  • We do not accept returns for items with any signs of use. Signs of use include, but are not limited to: chewing marks, saliva or odor, stains, pet hair buildup, missing parts, visible wear, or damage caused after use.

3. Packaging Requirements

  • Please keep the original product packaging. If possible, please also keep the original shipping box or mailer.

  • If the original shipping box is not available, please use a sturdy outer box and pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. No Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective on Arrival

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of the carrier marked delivery date.

  • Please include clear photos of the issue to help us review quickly.

6. How to Start a Return

  • Returns are self-service through our Shopify return portal.

  • Sign in with the email used for your order, select the order and item(s), and submit your return request by following the instructions in the portal.

7. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, and approved as eligible, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 10 dollar return label fee.

  • Refund timing varies by bank or card issuer.

8. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to determine whether returned items meet our standards. Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined.
